The Irúnmolè Festival takes place in Germany since 1997. It is part of the traditional Yoruba religion, with its roots in the Yorubaland of Nigeria. But it is also spread in other places of the world such as North and South America, Brazil, Cuba, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobag, Haiti, etc. where it is partly known as Santeria and Candomblé and latest also in Germany. The prayers during the Irúnmolè festival serve the progress and peace of the individual, of the town and of the world. These prayers are carried out during a procession around the town accompanied by drumming and dancing. The purpose of Egungun Festival is to honour the Ancestors. Ancestors due to Yoruba traditional religion are only those, who during their lifetime were models in terms of characters and lived exceptionally. Those ancestors are after there own death still supporting their own children and therefore earn our recognition.
BATIKWORKS OF PRINCE (BABALAWO) ADIGUN OLOSUN
The artist Prince (Babalawo) Adigun Olosun has been into art from his early childhood. At the age of four years he sold his first artwork to a Britain for 10 pounds which could be rated to 300 $ in today’s world. Many exhibition in his home country Nigeria as well as in many other countries, nearly covering all continents of the world. His art cuts across all aspects of the human life. Out of society, life and death, destiny, family he is forming the topics of his art works. Some also have their origin in Yoruba tradition and point likewise to the spiritual aspect of life. A magnificent Batik is called "The coming of the human beings to the world“, (1991), tells us about the journey of man to this planet and let us realise at the same time the reason why evil things also followed the good things to the world. An old and still actual question is confronted with the answer of the Yorubatradition that is as old as the world and still lives today. The artist proves that this tradition is capable of tackling questions of the present times. In another of his Batiks, Prince (Babalawo) Adigun Olosun is working on a new phenomenon - the infrastructural institutionalised schools which Missionaries brought to Africa, but which are now more and more getting the shape of the culture of their owners - the Africans. One of them is called "The Shining Mayflower“ - the same name is also the title of one of the artists’ work from 1991 - a school which was founded from the Nigerian school reformer Tai Solarin. Prince (Babalawo) Adigun Olosun’s Batiks which are shown in the present exhibition by Friends of Yoruba Culture e.V. are from the 80ies and 90ies. Like a jigsaw puzzle the forms of his figures are combined by segments which expresses the dependence of the different parts of the nature on each other, in which the movement of the individuum means a movement in the natural set-up. After the opening of the exhibition the exhibition is opened till 30th of June 2012 during the opening time of Henseler Hof in Wachtberg:
mo, tue, thu, fri, sat 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m., 5 p.m.-0 p.m., sun 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

WE YORUBA
For if I am Indian, I am black as if ... then by my black blood now I spend researching an article I will present to take a page from Awo José Luis Daza who in their struggle to rescue the black root (Yoruba ethnicity) of people of African descent slaves Mexican grandparents Our Partner presents on page wet: http://www.josedazaworldorisa.mex.tl/ traditions of Nigeria where it originates our black blood. Then, as a cousin read:

I would start by saying that the Yoruba religion (which is not, and has nothing to do with the so-called santeria in Mexico), born and developed in Yoruba Nations in towns like Odujbemi, Ile Ife, etc. In what is heard known as the African continent. It is a body of knowledge and wisdom that is available to each and every one of us for complete and balanced performance of our lives, with OOSA (Yoruba Religion), reveal the great secrets and mysteries of life, only the OOSA explains the existence of life, of life, death, disease, success, lack, poverty, wealth, life before birth and life after death.

Only OOSA (Yoruba Religion) reveals the spiritual foundation for the experience of reincarnation, because no living thing, sucking the breasts of Mother Nature, you can not prove the truth bitter death, in order only directs life OOSA whatever man, from the cradle to the grave!. Is a guide to the life of any person to obtain a large and powerful development for everything we want to accomplish,

OOSA teaches us that sacrifice is the key essential in the life of men, of Any race and of all religions. OOSA reveals the true beginning and end of all things and all events and cycles of our lives, knows each and every one of men and knows their secrets, on several occasions can be up to seal the destiny of each person.

Conforms foundation of all the principles that govern the lives of men, gives us direction and assurance for what we need and what we want to do, is OOSA witness the fate of the hand of all of us, and we must have him admiration, respect and reverence, even Catholic priests and OOSA respect to cite literally sacred verses of religion, in the same way it does the Archbishop Anglo-Saxons and the Muslim School.

The Yoruba Religion (OOSA) is the direct message of Olodumare (God Almighty in Yoruba language) for all humanity and for anyone who wants to receive it, the universal relevance of the Yoruba religion lies in the fact that when an individual without regardless of origin, race, color or belief approaches the Yoruba Religion for a personal message, Religion may reveal a message of national, continental or even global. For example the message could be a warning of a coming war, a time of famine and pestilence, but the message or message seeking just asking about a marriage.

The fate of Napoleon book is based entirely on OOSA, Jewish Kabbalah is based on OOSA and many more, is the source of the keynote of all religions on earth, is generally the largest and greatest holy book without writing the planet earth, is a continuing source of esoteric knowledge.

It has many scents that have little other religions in the world, such as the Divine, formed by different methods and the sacred oracles of religion, which is carried out by different types of guesses that can be made as to Cauris (Caracoles), Opele, Ikines. Being powerful oracles for divination Any situation that we need to solve in some form or fashion to give us a convincing way the solution we need. And is also known as the Great Mystery System.

OOSA not share in any way and under any circumstances the idea of war, destruction, deaths, violence, is the only one that evolves over time and religionsamente spiritual, not taught to examine our past and our present and prepare future.

It makes us powerful, it gives us an understanding of the importance of being loved, to love, to forgive, not to judge, teaches us to be wise and learned their teachings and sacred texts, looking for potential greatly and teach us to be totally happy with what we have and what we are each of us,

Religion is never dies as long as someone with the ability to sense of wanting to change to either of himself and others while there who would make a prayer to a simple kill to remove a simple cold, as long as the scream and cry of a leaf of a tree when it is torn from his being, as long as you want me to say alguen, tears of people out of their eyes in an honest way, while someone a sincere hug, as long friendship between men OOSA live and never die and there will be right there inside, outside and in front of it ourselves or not bringing that all descended from her and she is there for us and welcomes us with open arms to prepare for the problems, fortunes and entiendimiento of us and life itself. Asé!

Orunmila to gbe wa, roasted!

Orunmila save us, so be it!
